This space is for you if you are a sensitive, creative woman who has a deep knowing of your nature and what is right for you, but you struggle to stay connected to yourself amongst external pressure, energy and expectations. While your sensitivity gives you a deep layer of perception and a rich inner experience, it can also cause you to unconsciously impose an exhausting layer of outer perception to your life- which leads to over thinking, self-monitoring and trying to constantly adjust yourself, as you (rightly) strive to protect the more vulnerable expression of your feminine heart and creative path.
Beneath this, you have a strong internal sense of your natural being, and an intuitive sense of what your feminine system needs to thrive. Yet it can feel hard to trust this when you are so highly attuned to the normalised ways and striving pace of the world. Because of this, you may find yourself stuck in either over efforting and trying to prove yourself, or in self-doubt and indecision.
You may find that many models of self-development and business creation do not actually inspire or seem to ‘work’ for you- because instead of softening the layer of pressure, expectation and self-evaluation you have adopted, these models inadvertently teach you to further override or ‘overcome’ your sensitivity, your receptivity and your natural femininity.
In this space, the focus is on softening into a rested, settled state of inner trust, ease and support that works with, not against, your feminine energy, sensitivity and true desires for your life.
